Data collected: your forms (name, WhatsApp, email, country, message); for parcels, the names, phones and addresses of the sender and the recipient, parcel photos, the signature and proof of delivery.

Purposes: answering your requests, providing the service, preventing fraud.

Retention: photos 6 months, personal data 24 months then anonymised, accounting data as required by law.

Providers: hosting, file storage, anti-spam protection, maps (loaded only if you click), content translation service.

Audience measurement: with your consent, we use Google Analytics, a Google LLC service; data may be transferred outside your country; retention period: [to be confirmed]; you can withdraw your consent at any time.
