Transfer service terms

The rates on the site are indicative. The final rate, the fees and the validation method are confirmed by an advisor, in the app or on WhatsApp, before any operation.

Minimum amount: 5,000 FCFA or the equivalent; no fixed maximum, an advisor confirms large amounts.

To send money, provide the recipient’s full name and phone number (mobile money) or bank details. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.

The recipient receives the funds in a few minutes after the advisor’s confirmation and the receipt of payment.

AfriLink may refuse or suspend an operation for compliance reasons or because of incorrect information.
